  Sold me a $3300 engagement set. Then I come to get it sized and all of the sudden it's going to cost me $100 to get it resized. Don't you think when I asked numerous times" will the ring get resized for free" they said yea take it to any zales they will send it out....NO THEY WON'T YOU CAN EITHER PAY $300 FOR A SURPRISE SERVICE PLAN OR $100 AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENT.
