  David really helped me out when my phone stopped working. Got it working just like new and was polite and friendly! It was a great experience, and I'll definitely come by in the future.

  I wanted to tell you about the terrible experience we had tonight, Saturday February 24, at the Fanelli Boys Inc at 2399 Meadowbrook Mall Bridgeport WV, 26330. My husband and I walked up to the booth at approx 7:30 p.m. to buy a replacement phone for him. We have Boost Mobile already & actually have been to this kiosk before, with great results. We knew exactly what we wanted, a LG Tribute HD, and located one in the case. When I asked to purchase it, we were refused service because he had to many repairs to make for the evening. He suggested that we come back tomorrow and I let him know that we were from out of town, about 60 minutes one way, and didn't often make the trip to the mall. He then suggested that we travel to another boost mobile store close by and get the phone there. Since we were not local, we didn't feel comfortable trying to find a store in an unfamiliar place. I again asked to purchase it and said that we just needed the phone & I would set it up ourselves. He was unable & unwilling to help us. This was extremely frustrating and we really could hardly believe that they were refusing paying customers.
